Working closely with the company owners and key stakeholders, we devised an elegant and timeless tone of voice to be used across the properties, creating new “10 reasons to love Red Carnation” guidelines for each hotel and writing all digital content.
We wrote regular newsletter from both individual hotels and the Red Carnation group, as well as news from hotel GMs and other stakeholders.
