Consultancy, business development and launch strategy for a sustainable family holiday brand

Mundi & Co was hired to assist a new German-based tour operator to direct and focus its business strategy. Working hand-in-hand with the owner/founder, we created a members’ travel club that couples intrepid families with chic and sustainable hotels, villas and experiences. We also assisted with hiring a PR agency and creating a launch strategy.

The website

We created a relaxed and accessible tone of voice that speaks to an affluent and well-travelled audience, writing and editing all copy, reviews and destination guides.
We also consulted on the UX of the website, and helped create The Club membership concept, as well as assisting with the hiring of a PR firm to launch the brand across Europe.

What started as a very fruitful one-off consultancy and copywriting support has now become the best teamwork at eye level I can imagine. Fran and Beatriz are not only excellent in their field, but also provide first-class support as a sparring partner to discuss new ideas and concepts.
